Return requests must be submitted within 3 days (72 hours) from the date the parcel is marked as delivered.
Requests made after the return period may not be accepted.
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
To qualify for any return request, customers are required to record a complete unboxing video.
The video must:
- Start before opening the parcel
- Clearly show the parcel condition
- Show shipping label details
- Record the full unpacking process without cuts or edits
- Clearly show the issue or defect
No return request will be approved without a complete unboxing video as supporting evidence.
Edited, cut, incomplete, or unclear videos may result in return rejection.
3. Items Not Eligible For Return
Return requests will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind purchases
- Wrong selection by customer
- Color differences caused by screen display settings
- Minor measurement variations
- Damage caused by misuse or improper handling
- Return requests submitted after 3 days
- Claims without required unboxing video evidence
4. Refund Policy
Ohlalaa Houz does NOT provide cash refunds or monetary refunds.
Approved cases will only qualify for:
- Product replacement (if stock is available)
- Exchange for the same item
- Store solution determined by management where applicable
Refund requests to bank accounts, cards, e-wallets, or payment methods will not be entertained.

Once we receive your return request:
- Customer submits return request with required evidence.
- Our team reviews the information provided.
- Approval or rejection will be communicated.
- Approved returns must be shipped back according to our instructions.
- Replacement arrangements will be processed after inspection.

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable.
